Recommendation: The fee structure and changes to the Policies and Procedures manual be implemented for public access to CAR25 for 2007:

Basic Camcorder Workshop: $25 Resident, $35 Non-Resident
Basic Editing Workshop: $50 Resident, $60 Non-Resident
Advanced Camcorder Workshop: $50 Resident, $60 Non-Resident
Advanced Editing Workshop: $50 Resident, $60 Non-Resident
Addition of File Conversion Workshop: $25 Resident, $35 Non-Resident
CERTIFICATION FEE (Upon Passing Exam Without Course):

CAR25 will have a non-exclusive license to cablecast the program on its Access
Channel(s) and to use segments for promotional purposes on its Access Channel(s) and
web site, station ID’s and video festival entries for a period of 20 years. Producers will
leave the edited master in the CAR25 library, but will have access to duplicate one copy
of each program for free using CAR25 equipment (if trained). CAR25 may create copies
of the program at the request of local viewers, businesses and organizations for a
duplication fee of $10.
