Title: THREE PARTY AGREEMENT FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF OHIO, 16TH & 21ST STREETS RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a three-party agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Clark Dietz, Inc. for preparing plans and specifications for the reconstruction of Ohio Street from 16th Street to 21st Street, for the not-to-exceed cost of $200,015.51, which is funded 80%, or $160,012.41, by the State of Wisconsin, and 20%, or $40,003.10, by the City of Racine. FURTHER RESOLVED, that funds to defray the cost of these professional services are available in the 2007 CIP. FISCAL NOTE: Funds are available as herein delineated.
