Title: Permission granted to Racine County Convention and Visitor's Bureau, d/b/a Real Racine, to use Walker Site as parking lot and storage for several large events contingent upon executing a Hold Harmless Agreement with the City Resolved, that permission be granted to Racine County Convention and Visitor's Bureau, d/b/a Real Racine, to use the city owned property commonly known as the Walker Site for special event parking on June 19 and 20, July 18, and July 31, 2010, and for the storage of equipment and supplies for the Ironman race event from July 6-21, 2010 with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor pay the City $1.50 for each car which is allowed to park on this public property. Resolved, that permission be granted to Racine County Convention and Visitor's Bureau, d/b/a Real Racine, to use the city owned property commonly known as the Walker Site for special event parking on June 19 and 20, July 18, and July 31, 2010, and for the storage of equipment and supplies for the Ironman race event from July 6-21, 2010 with the following stipulations:
 
A.  A hold harmless agreement be executed.
