Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed enter into a lease agreement with the Choral Arts Society of Southeastern Wisconsin for Room 122 at the City Hall Annex, which consists of 500 square feet, which will be leased at a rate of $2.39 per square foot. The term of the lease will be September 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008.
