AMENDMENT TO COMPASS OPERATING AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an amended to the operating agreement with Compass of Racine, LLC, to provide alcohol beverage services for the Civic Centre for a period of one year, under terms and conditions to be negotiated, and that Compass of Racine, LLC, be authorized to purchase the equipment and cooler from the current vendor, with funds to be taken from the existing capital budget.
FISCAL NOTE: Purchase of the cooler and equipment from the current vendor will be handled through existing CIP, and the "Class B" Public Facility, Soda/Water Beverage, Non-Intoxicating Beverages Licenses and the Liquor Liability Insurance be handled through the operating budget.
