Resolved, as the amount listed in Resolution No. 08-0711, dated March 18, 2008, was incorrect, Resolution No. 08-0711 be rescinded.
Further resolved, that the work of Earth Tech, Inc., under Contract 50-05 (K5-057), Design Services for Retrofit of Reservoir Park Pond, be accepted and final payment authorized for a total contract amount of $44,871.81, from funds heretofore appropriated.
Fiscal Note: Contract was approved by Resolution 6563, dated July 5, 2005.
