(Res.09-1574) Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 8-25-09: That St. Catherine's High School be granted permission to close Park Avenue from 12th Street to 13th Street, on Saturday, September 5, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for an angel block party. Further recommends that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. A liability insurance certificate be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 8-25-09: That St. Catherine's High School be granted permission to close Park Avenue from 12th Street to 13th Street, on Saturday, September 5, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for an angel block party.
 
Further recommends that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
