RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Harwood Engineering Consultants, Milwaukee, WI, for professional services for Contract 4-06 (K6-004), Design Services for City Hall Data Center, at a price not-to-exceed $41,500.00.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding for the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 984.120.5030, MIS-Communications Room Remodel.
