Title
Agreement with Globe Contractors for use of Walker Site
Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Globe Contractors for the use of the Walker Site for the storage of construction materials for the Sixth Street project, from March 3, 2008 to November 1, 2008, with the following stipulations:
A. A Hold Harmless Agreement be executed;
B. Proof of Liability Insurance be filed; and
C. Globe Contractors restores the property to its original condition.
D. The City of Racine may cancel the agreement with a thirty (30) day written notice.
