Staff Recommendation to the Board of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services on April 9, 2025: Recommend that the request regarding the use of Dr. John Bryant Center parking lot and Roosevelt Park, green space, to host a new event, "How you sliding?"-Custom Car Show on Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.(rain dates: 8/16 or 8/23) be approved, provided PRCS administration is in agreement with specific location details and that approval is also granted by other impacted departments.
