Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 1-13-09 and 1-27-09: Defer
Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 2-10-09: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a professional services agreement with Ayres Associates for professional engineering services for repairs to the State Street Bridge, at a price not-to-exceed $9,200.00.
Further recommends that funds to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from Account 930.072.5810, State Street Bridge.
Fiscal Note: The cost of these professional services are 100% reimbursable through the State of Wisconsin Lift Bridge Program.
