Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Land requesting permission to enter into an agreement with Tyler Technologies for the upgrade and implementation of our current ERP financial software, to include the Utility Billing module.
Staff Recommendation: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into an agreement with Tyler Technologies for the implementation and installation of the Utility Billing module to be utilized for customer billing for the Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water Utilities.
Fiscal Note: Total purchase and implementation costs is expected to be around $450,000 to be funded by the utilities and is included in the 2027 capital plan.
