Recommendation of the Finance and Personnel Committee on 08-24-2026: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into an agreement with Tyler Technologies for the implementation and installation of the Utility Billing module to be utilized for customer billing for the Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water Utilities. Fiscal Note: Total purchase and implementation costs is expected to be around $450,000 to be funded by the utilities and is included in the 2027 capital plan.
