A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. A liability insurance certificate be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor pay the City $1.50 for each car which is allowed to park on this public property. Fiscal Note: The City of Racine will share a percentage of the proceeds which Real Racine obtains through charging for parking on this property.
