Title: HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR FORMER WALKER SITE PROPERTY RESOLVED, that permission be granted to K. Singh & Associates, Inc. to install two (2) soil borings within the Michigan Boulevard right-of-way at the intersection of Hamilton Street, provided that a permit is secured through the Engineering Department and an agreement executed in accordance with Wis. Stat. sec. 66.0425, Privileges in Streets, and further provided that this construction will be performed so as not to create a hazard for pedestrian or vehicular traffic, and that any monitoring wells will be abandoned in accordance with Wisconsin Administrative Code NR 112 and NR 141.25. FURTHER RESOLVED, that K. Singh & Associates, Inc. be charged a $50.00 fee to cover administrative costs and costs associated with filing this item with the Register of Deeds office. RESOLVED, that permission be granted to K. Singh & Associates, Inc. to install two (2) soil borings within the Michigan Boulevard right-of-way at the intersection of Hamilton Street, provided that a permit is secured through the Engineering Department and an agreement executed in accordance with Wis.
