Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 5-29-12: That Contract 31-12 (K2-033), Door Replacement at City Hall, Memorial Hall and Festival Hall, be awarded to Drax, Inc., Madison, WI, at their bid price of $196,000.00 plus Alternate Bid 1 in the amount of $15,500.00 and Alternate Bid 2 in the amount of $29,500.00, for a total contract amount of $241,000.00, they being the lowest responsible bidder.
