Title: Subject: (Direct Referral) Communication from the Village of Caledonia asking for a revision to the Memorandum of Understanding for the scope of the work for the Three Mile Road project.(Res. 11-2360) Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 1-11-11: That the Memorandum of Understanding for the scope of the work for the Three Mile Road project with the Village of Caledonia be amended to reconstruct Three Mile Road from 331' west of LaSalle Street to North Main Street. Further recommends that the City Attorney’s Office prepares a municipal agreement for the joint project between the City of Racine and Village of Caledonia. Further recommends that the City Attorney and Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer be authorized and directed to take the necessary steps for the acquisition of land for this project. Fiscal Note: Funds to defray the cost of land acquisition will be provided by Intergovernmental Revenue Sharing Fund.
