Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee  on 07-12-16:  That the application of Winston Automotive LLC, Michael Winston, Agent, for a "Class B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for 345 Main Street be approved with the following conditions:

 

1.  That applicant complete an entirely new application to reflect current conditions and information.

2.  That applicant submit a floor plan with the new application.

3.  That applicant properly establish and register the entity that is to be the licensee.

4.  That the license is a conditional license due to necessary construction/renovation of the premises.

5.  That applicant complete the Responsible Beverage Server course.

6.  That applicant meet any other conditions required by statute or ordinance prior to the issuance of the license.

 

Notwithstanding the Public Safety and Licensing Committee recommendation of July 12, 2016 to approve with conditions, that the communication be received and filed as applicant has requested to withdraw his application.
