Title: Conditional Use Permit for 1414 Layard Avenue Resolved, that a request from Pete Ciaramita seeking a conditional use permit for a building addition for vehicle storage at 1414 Layard Ave. be approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on June 25, 2008 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired. c. That the hours in which establishment may operate are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and the building be closed on weekends. d. That no signage, except for signage which may be required by the City (ex: address visible from the street) be allowed anywhere on the exterior of the building. e. That if any trash accrues on the site it shall be bundled, kept inside the building, and removed daily. f. Resolved, that a request from Pete Ciaramita seeking a conditional use permit for a building addition for vehicle storage at 1414 Layard Ave. be approved, subject to the following conditions:  
 
a.        That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on June 25, 2008 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.  
 
b.      That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.  
 
c.      That the hours in which establishment may operate are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and the building be closed on weekends.  
 
d.      That no signage, except for signage which may be required by the City (ex: address visible from the street) be allowed anywhere on the exterior of the building.  
 
e.      That if any trash accrues on the site it shall be bundled, kept inside the building, and removed daily.  
 
f.      That the applicant submit building and site plans for the review and approval of the Access Corridor Development Review Committee.  
 
g.      That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.  
 
h. The applicant shall work with Department of City Development and the Building Department to address the issue of maintenance of the left (west) side wall adjacent to Pizza Hut prior to issuance of any Building Permits.  
 
i.      That this permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
