Subject: Direct Referral.  Consideration of a request by Rev. Daniel Risch of Lincoln Lutheran of Racine seeking a minor amendment to a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-tenant office building at 2000 Domanik Drive to accommodate adult day care services.

 

Recommendation:  That a request by Rev. Daniel Risch of Lincoln Lutheran of Racine seeking a minor amendment to a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-tenant office building at 2000 Domanik Drive to accommodate adult day care services be approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

a.                     That the plans stamped “Received December 21, 2005” and presented to the Plan Commission on January 12, 2006 be approved, subject to the conditions contained herein.

 

b.                     That all conditions of approval as contained in Common Council Resolution No. 5451 of August 19, 2003 be complied with unless modified herein.

 

c.                     That the maximum hours and days of operation not exceed 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, to coincide with the general hour and days of operation of the entire office facility.

 

d.                     That within 30 days of the date of this approval, a parking plan be submitted to the Director of City Development for review and approval, indicating visitor and client drop-off and pick-up areas, and assigned parking areas for visitors, clients, employees of each tenant, and the handicapped.
