ADDENDUM AGREEMENT WITH GEMS/HARRIS COMPUTER SYSTEMS
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an addendum agreement with GEMS/Harris Computer Systems for the City to purchase the Employee Self-Service Portal software package with installation costs of $5,400 and an additional $600 annual maintenance fee.
FISCAL NOTE: $5,400 installation cost is budgeted for in account 403.000.5820, GEMS Services Expansion.
