Title: Subject: Communication from Lisa Burks, 4300 N. Pineridge Circle, requesting an easement so that existing sprinkler heads can remain on City property. (Res.09-1385) Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 4-28-09: That the request of the property owner of 4300 N. Pineridge Circle to allow an existing turf sprinkler system to remain within the abutting street right-of-way be approved in accordance with Wisconsin State Statute 66.0425, Privileges in Streets, with the following stipulations: A. That a Hold Harmless Agreement be executed; B. That a Certificate of Liability Insurance be filed with the City Attorney's office; C. That the property owner become a member of Digger's Hotline; and D. That the property owner be charged a $50.00 fee to cover administrative costs associated with filing this item with the Register of Deeds office. Fiscal Note: N/A
