Further recommends that the Purchasing Agent be authorized and directed to negotiate with Miller-Bradford and Risberg, Inc. for the purchase of the Case wheel loader. Fiscal Note: The estimated cost of this equipment is $172,000.00 with funding available in the 2010 budget.
