Subject: (Direct Referral) License Premise Report and DRC Reports for the 02/13/12 Meeting.
Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 2-13-12: The committee requested the following: A six month history report from the Police Department for Kenny's, 1300 N. Main Street; that the owner/agent of The Place on 6th, 509 Sixth Street be requested to appear at the next Public Safety and Licensing Committee meeting to discuss recent incidents; that the owner/agent of Gerald's Smokehouse, 1501 Washington Avenue be requested to appear at the next Public Safety and Licensing Committee meeting to discuss recent incidents at the establishment and to bring suggestions to curb some of the recent problems.
It was also requested that Officer Mahnke, the COP Officer as well as Lt. Macemon, Third Shift Supervisor be requested to appear at the next meeting.
It was further requested that Sgt. Wohlgemuth begin the process to collect the video tapes from The Place on Sixth and Gerald's Smokehouse for incidents occurring the weekend of 2-5-12.
It was then requested that the balance of the report be received and filed.
