The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Sec. 94-94 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of the section: "(e) The operator of a vehicle proceeding northerly on Racine Street and approaching Washington Avenue shall turn right onto Washington Avenue and shall not proceed in any other direction. (f) The operator of a vehicle proceeding northerly on Racine Street and approaching 11th Street in the lane furthest to the right shall turn right onto 11th Street and shall not proceed in any other direction." Part 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication. To amend Sec. 94-94 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Traffic and Vehicles - Mandatory right turns.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 94-94 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end of the section:

"(e)      The operator of a vehicle proceeding northerly on Racine Street and approaching Washington Avenue shall turn right onto Washington Avenue and shall not proceed in any other direction.

(f)      The operator of a vehicle proceeding northerly on Racine Street and approaching 11th Street in the lane furthest to the right shall turn right onto 11th Street and shall not proceed in any other direction."

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
