Health insurance benefits for domestic partners and their children
Resolved, that the City of Racine shall provide standard benefits to state-registered domestic partners of City employees and the children of those partners to the same extent as standard benefits are provided to spouses of City employees and the children of those spouses.
Fiscal Note: It is anticipated that current and long term fiscal impacts of this policy change will not have any more impact than current ongoing changes in the family status of the rest of the employee base.
