Further resolved, that appropriate City officials be authorized and directed to execute and submit all necessary documents, on the City's behalf, to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to secure the City's 2007 HOME grant funds.
Further resolved, that appropriate City officials be authorized and directed to execute third-party contracts with agencies approved for use of the 2007 HOME grant funds.
Fiscal Note: A 2007 HOME grant of no less than $600,00 is expected.
