Recommendation of the Finance & Personnel Committee on 3/1/12 : To approve the request of Alderman Mozol and Alderman Kaprelian-Becker to provide standard benefits to state-registered domestic partners of City employees and the children of those partners, and further that the City Attorney's Office be directed to provide the appropriate resolution.
Fiscal Note: It is anticipated that current and long term fiscal impacts of this policy change will not have any more impact than current ongoing changes in the family status of the rest of the employee base.
