Subject: Communication sponsored by Alder Horton, requesting permission to enter into a Contract Agreement with the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services for the Wisconsin TB Dispensary program.
Staff Recommendation: That the Public Health Department be authorized to enter into a Contract Agreement with the DHS-DPH for the Wisconsin TB Dispensary program.
Fiscal Note: The Wisconsin TB Dispensary contract is a standard purchase order interagency agreement between the City of Racine Public Health Department and the State of Wisconsin.
