Permission to accept donation and installation of bronze plaque at Horlick Athletic Field
Resolved, that permission be granted to the Board of Parks to accept the donation and installation from Matthew C. Snyder of a permanent bronze plaque at Horlick Athletic Field honoring former Racine professional football teams, the Horlick-Racine Legion and the Racine Tornadoes contingent upon entering into a Hold Harmless Agreement with the City.
