RESOLVED, that Amendment No. 4 to Contract 25-01 (K1-025), Downtown Streetscape Design, JJR, Inc., consultant, as submitted, be approved in the amount of $3,700.00.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding to defray the cost of these professional services be appropriated from TID No. 9.
