Title: 2711 Lathrop Avenue That the request from Terry J. Walz seeking a conditional use permit to operate a facility for the tuning and restoration of motorcycles at 2711 Lathrop Avenue be approved, subject to the following conditions: a. That the request from Terry J. Walz seeking a conditional use permit to operate a facility for the tuning and restoration of motorcycles at 2711 Lathrop Avenue be approved, subject to the following conditions:
 
a.  That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on March 28, 2012 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
 
b.  That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.
 
c.  That all components of this operation be in compliance with the use Flex Development Use Supplement described in Resolution 07-0221, unless otherwise amended herein.
 
d.  That the hours of operation be 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and no hours on Sunday.
 
e.  That there be no outside display, storage, repair or service activities.
 
f.  That there be no outside overnight parking of vehicles.
 
g.  That all trash, scrap and recyclables be stored in closed containers and screened from view.
 
h.  That vehicle testing be conducted indoors or on Lathrop Avenue and that shop doors shall be closed while running motorcycle engines in order to maximize the containment of noises indoors.
 
i.  That all signs be professionally made, comply with the zoning ordinance requirements and be submitted to the Director of City Development for review and approval.
 
j.  That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.
 
k.  That this permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
