The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows: Part 1: Sec. 70-90(d) (2) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by deleting the word "Oak." Part 2: Sec. 70-90(d) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end: “(3) Root River and Lake Michigan Pathway, 10’ paved area only, in the following respective parks: N. Owen Davies, Washington, Island, Lincoln, Cedar Bend, Clayton, Sixth Street Recreational Area, North Beach, Zoo Beach and Pershing." (Note: Absolutely no dogs allowed in Colonial Park.) Part 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication. To amend Sec. 70-90(d) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services - Parks and Recreation Areas; Animals Prohibited.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 70-90(d) (2) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by deleting the word "Oak."

Part 2:

Sec. 70-90(d) of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by adding the following at the end:

"(3)  Root River and Lake Michigan Pathway, 10' paved area only, in the following respective parks:  N. Owen Davies, Washington, Island, Lincoln, Cedar Bend, Clayton, Sixth Street Recreational Area, North Beach, Zoo Beach and Pershing."  (Note:  Absolutely no dogs allowed in Colonial Park.)

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
