Recommendation of the Public Works Committee on 4-28-09: That Resolution No. 09-1329, of April 8, 2009, be amended to delete:

and, as amended , Resolution No. 09-1329, of April 8, 2009, be adopted.
Fiscal Note: Funds will be appropriated in the 2010 C.I.P. for these street improvements, and special assessments will be paid by the abutting property owners for the street improvements.
