Fiscal Note:  The costs to the City for Local 67 (Public Works/Parks) will be in 2006, $165,656.40, 2007, $213,282.62 and 2008 $221,280.71.  The cost with Local 2239A (Crossing Guards) will be 2006 $1,673.44, 2007 $1,715.28 and 2008 $1,758.16.  The cost with District 1199 (Health Professionals) will be 2006 $20,317.50, 2007 $26,158.78 and 2008 $27,139.74.  Increases do not include potential savings from premium contributions and plan design changes.
