RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to renew the lease agreement with the Pre-Apprenticeship Program for 1,263 square feet at the City Hall Annex, Room 317, at a rate of $10.08 per square foot, for the time period of January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006.
