ORDINANCE NO. 24-06

To amend Sec. 2-453 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine, Wisconsin relating to Administration - City Clerk; Presenting communications.

The Common Council of the City of Racine do ordain as follows:

Part 1:

Sec. 2-453 of the Municipal Code of the City of Racine is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "5:00 p.m. of the day" and inserting "noon on the Friday" in its place.

Part 2:

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and the day after publication.
