Scale-in, Scale out Time: 15 minutes Based on average yearly tonnages for each of the items, the total cost of the contract award is approximately $1,110,000. Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 10-25-22:  That the Solid Waste Disposal Services contract be awarded to GFL Environmental - Emerald Park Landfill LLC based on the following disposal costs:

 

1.                     Municipal Solid Waste:          $40.00 per ton

2.                     Household Bulky Waste:        $45.00 per ton

3.                     Street Sweepings:                  $23.00 per ton

4.                     Scale-in, Scale out Time:       15 minutes

 

Based on average yearly tonnages for each of the items, the total cost of the contract award is approximately $1,110,000.
