That the request of Omar Barron and Heather Bennett representing Spitfire Ink Custom Creations, LLC for a tattoo establishment at 3417 Douglas Avenueis approved, subject to the following conditions:

a. That the plans submitted to the Plan Commission on June 12, 2013 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein.
b. That all license requirements with the State Department of Health Services and with the City of Racine be obtained and kept current.
c. That the applicant shall keep all trash and contaminates produces in the tattooing process for proper pick up ad disposal on a weekly basis.
d. That no loitering be allowed in or around the tattoo establishment at any time. All patrons or persons accompanying patrons shall be at least 18 years of age.
e. That the business may not expand to include additional tattoo stations. The maximum stations shall be limited to two.
f. That the business operators and clients shall park in the designated parking areas as shown on the site plan.
g. That the hours of operation shall be Monday - Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. No Sunday hours are permitted.
h. That the tattoo stations be screened from view from the waiting area and exterior of the business.
i. That the sale of food or drink not be allowed.
j. That any signage proposed shall be reviewed and approved by City Development Staff.
k. That the plans shall be subject to review and potential additional requirements by the Douglas Avenue Redevelopment Association and BID Board.
l. That all codes and ordinances be complied with and required permits acquired.
m. That no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without approval of the Plan Commission, and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council.
