Resolved, that 2010 Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds be allocated as shown on the attached table.

Further resolved, that the appropriate City officials be authorized and directed to execute and submit the appropriate documents on the City's behalf to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to secure the City's 2010 Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Funds.
Further resolved, that the appropriate City officials be authorized to execute third-party contracts with agencies and organizations approved for use of 2010 Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Funds.
Fiscal Note: The City will receive a grant in the amount of $88,108.
