RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Johnson Controls, Inc. to conduct a feasibility study for projects in which the energy savings are sufficient to pay the cost of the construction activities in accordance with Wisconsin statutes on energy saving performance based contracting.

Fiscal Note: There will be no cost to the City of Racine to enter into this Memorandum of Understanding.
