RESOLVED, that a Commercial Corridor Development Fund be established and that the fund be administered pursuant to the attached guidelines and adopted by the Loan Board at its meeting of October 20, 2005.

The fund will be created with $300,000 from inactive accounts (#812 and #817) in the Revolving Loan Fund.
