Title: Permission to use Hamilton Park and to close Mead Street, from 17th Street to 18th Street, for their 4th annual Cry for Mercy event. (Res. 11-2608) Resolved, that Glorious Light Church God the Living God be granted permission to close Mead Street from 17th Street to 18th Street, on Saturday, August 27, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., for their 4th annual Cry for Mercy event. Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. A liability insurance certificate be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Fiscal ...

Resolved, that Glorious Light Church God the Living God be granted permission to close Mead Street from 17th Street to 18th Street, on Saturday, August 27, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., for their 4th annual Cry for Mercy event.
 
Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations:
