Title: St. Patrick Parish Permission to Close City Streets Resolved, that St. Patrick Parish be granted permission to close Erie Street, between Prospect Street and Colbert Street, on Sunday, September 2, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for a parish picnic. Further resolved, that permission be granted with the following stipulations: A. A hold harmless agreement be executed. B. Proof of liability insurance be filed prior to this event. C. Any overtime costs incurred by any City department be charged to the sponsor. D. The sponsor shall notify all abutting property owners seventy-two (72) hours in advance of this event. E. The sponsor shall pay a $250.00 special event fee. Further resolved, that the Commissioner of Public Works/City Engineer and Chief of Police provide limited assistance, in the interest of public safety, to implement this event. Fiscal Note: There will be nominal costs to various City departments, on a regular shift basis, to assist in implementing this event.
