Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into a three-party agreement among the City of Racine, WisDOT, and AECOM Technical Services for State Project ID: 1693-34-06, Lake Michigan Pathway - Phase 4, in the not-to-exceed amount of $80,492.78, with the City's share being $16,098.56 (20%) and the State's share being $64,394.22 (80%). There exists additional, pre-negotiated, "if authorized" services under the terms of the contract in the not-to-exceed amount of $56,099.71, with the City's share being $11,219.94 (20%) and the State's share being $44,879.77 (80%). The "if authorized" costs do not require formal amendment to agreement with WisDOT.
