No. 14-0399) Recommendation of the Public Works and Services Committee on 9-30-14: That St. Catherine's High School be granted permission to install five (5) banners on street light poles on Main Street, between 14th Street and 12th Street, until September 1, 2015, in celebration of their sesquicentennial anniversary. Further recommends that a hold harmless agreement be executed and a $150 processing fee paid, and a liability insurance certificate be filed with the City Attorney's Office in accordance with State Statute 66.0425, Privileges in Streets. Fiscal Note: The placement of these banners will result in $150 in revenue to the City of Racine.
