Further recommend that the following be added to Resolution No. 10-2001:
BITUMINOUS CONCRETE PAVING
Alden Court from Lathrop Avenue to the Cul-de-sac
and, as amended , Resolution No. 10-2001, of May 4, 2010, be adopted.
Fiscal Note: Funds will be appropriated in the 2011 C.I.P. for these street improvements, and special assessments will be paid by the abutting property owners for the street improvements.
