Subject: Communication requesting the consideration and potential rescinding of any exemption from the sex offender residency restrictions under chapter 3 of the City of Racine Municipal Code of Ordinances that was previously granted to any property located within the City of Racine, including, but not limited to, those properties listed under item 14-9790. It was approved that Item 14-9790 be rescinded.
