Recommendation of the Finance & Personnel Committee on 04-21-08: The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement Between Kenosha County and City of Racine for Level "B" Hazardous Material Response Services to commence 1-1-08 through 12-31-08.
Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 4-21-08: The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement Between Kenosha County and City of Racine for Level "B" Hazardous Material Response Services to commence 1-1-08 through 12-31-08.
Fiscal Note: The City shall provide 20% of in-kind contributions as allowed under the terms of the EPCRA grant.
