Recommendation of the Public Safety and Licensing Committee on 4-21-08: The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement Between Kenosha County and City of Racine for Level "B" Hazardous Material Response Services to commence 1-1-08 through 12-31-08. Fiscal Note: The City shall provide 20% of in-kind contributions as allowed under the terms of the EPCRA grant.
