Staff Recommendation of the Public Works and Service Committee on 11.11.25: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to enter into 2026 lease agreements for rental office space in City Hall, City Hall Annex and the Safety Building at the rental rates as submitted. Fiscal Note: Rental rates will increase in 2026 due to the Consumer Price Index increasing by 2.9%. These leases will generate a total annual revenue of approximately $262,604.45.
