Title: Conditional Use Permit for 726 Yout Street Resolved, that a Conditional Use Permit be granted to Heather Kent to open a dance studio at 726 Yout Street, subject to the following conditions: a. That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 13, 2009 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. b. That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department. c. That the studio hours for the public be Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. till 8:30 p.m., and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. d. That all codes and ordinances shall be complied with and required permits acquired. e. That black awnings shall be installed along the Yout St. and Green St. frontage as shown on the sign plan. f. Signage shall be installed in the black/red theme as shown, made of black/white/yellow vinyl as shown on the submitted sign plan, and may not exceed a total sign area of 25 square feet. Conditional Use Permit for 726 Yout Street

 

Resolved, that a Conditional Use Permit be granted to Heather Kent to open a dance studio at 726 Yout Street, subject to the following conditions: 

 

a.  That the plans presented to the Plan Commission on May 13, 2009 be approved subject to the conditions contained herein. 

 

b.  That all applicable building and occupancy permits be obtained from the Building Inspection Department. 

 

c.  That the studio hours for the public be Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. till 8:30 p.m., and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

 

d.  That all codes and ordinances shall be complied with and required permits acquired. 

 

e.  That black awnings shall be installed along the Yout St. and Green St. frontage as shown on the sign plan. 

 

f.  Signage shall be installed in the black/red theme as shown, made of black/white/yellow vinyl as shown on the submitted sign plan, and may not exceed a total sign area of 25 square feet.  A revised signage plan is subject to review and approval by the Department of City Development, and is required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 

 

g.  The applicant must submit an accurate site plan and floor plan prior to issuance of an Occupancy Permit.

 

h.  That no minor changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Plan Commission and no major changes be made from the conditions of this permit without the approval of the Common Council. 

 

i.  That this permit is subject to Plan Commission review for compliance with the listed conditions.
